Depends on where you're starting. Most clients have a structured, sellable offer ready within 2–4 weeks. A full backend system takes 4–8 weeks. We move fast — but we don't cut corners to get there.
Do you work on a revenue split or upfront fee?
Both options exist depending on the engagement. The Revenue Partnership is performance-based — we grow when you grow. The Offer Sprint and Full Systems Setup are project-based with a flat fee. We'll tell you which makes sense after the first call.
What if I don't have an offer yet?
That's exactly where we start. Most clients come to us without a packaged offer — just expertise and an audience. We build the offer from scratch, position it, and make it ready to sell. No offer is actually the best starting point.
